KORE Investments specializes in commercial real estate investments. That includes the sponsorship of acquisitions, asset management, and property management.

The core investments of KORE include office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and shared office space with co-working and executive suites for solo practice professionals and small businesses.

KORE is an acronym that stands for Kingdom Oriented Real Estate. We aspire to uphold a business culture that practices biblical principles as is in the Kingdom of God.

That means we strive for the following:

Integrity: We expect everyone to do what is right and honest. We cannot hide from God and we act with integrity even in secret. (Proverbs 10:9)

Share: Life is short and we cannot take any money or influence with us, so we use it and give it to impact and bless others. We do not own, we only steward. (Luke 12:33-34)

Love: We love and bless others, even those that we occasionally need to correct or hold accountable, to “love your neighbor as yourself.” (Luke 10:27)

1. Asset Ownership: Own & operate performing assets that caters to conventional office building tenants

2. Co-Working: Convert vacant space and common areas to co-working to capture a tenant pool that does not exist for traditional building owners

KORE’s model maximizes value to investors and provides great downside protection

Proof of Concept: KORE has owned and operated both the building and the co-working executive suites in a Denver Tech Center location for the last 10 years, with average occupancy over 95% in both the building as well as the co-working executive suites.
