Meet the KORE Team
Jack Kim is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KORE, bringing more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, and capital stewardship. Since establishing KORE in 2003, Jack has built the firm into a trusted investment platform, leading the acquisition, ownership, and operation of approximately 2 million square feet of commercial real estate. Each property under his leadership has reflected a consistent track record of enhanced lease-up, operational excellence, and value creation.
KORE’s portfolio, with a strong emphasis on office and industrial assets, has maintained an average occupancy exceeding 90%, a testament to Jack’s strategic vision and disciplined asset management. Over the years, KORE has deployed and managed approximately $200 million in investor equity, serving a diverse base of high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional partners.
Along with a master’s degree in economics and a deal-making background, Jack’s transactional expertise spans office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, with a reputation for thoughtful execution and long-term value orientation. In addition to his leadership at KORE, Jack is deeply committed to his community. He has served on multiple nonprofit boards in the Denver and Chicago areas and remains actively engaged with over twenty philanthropic initiatives. He and his wife, Jeanne Oh Kim, M.D., are the proud adoptive and biological parents of four boys.
As Chief Operating Officer at KORE, Kelli brings over two decades of commercial real estate expertise, where her strategic acumen, operational rigor, and unwavering dedication have consistently driven growth, efficiency, and impact. Known for her sharp business instincts and genuine care for people, Kelli leads with both intelligence and heart. Her approach blends operational excellence with intention, helping KORE deliver lasting value to its investors and meaningful impact to the communities it serves.
Kelli oversees all aspects of operations at KORE, including investment strategy, financial performance, and full-spectrum property and asset management. Her career spans oversight of more than 10 million square feet of commercial assets across office, industrial, and mixed-use sectors, serving institutional investors, pension funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. Her ability to streamline systems, scale operations, and enhance profitability is matched by her skill in cultivating high-performing teams and building a culture rooted in accountability, respect, and shared purpose.
Kelli combines tactical precision with big-picture thinking, balancing operational excellence with mission alignment. She is particularly passionate about creating environments where people can thrive, and she approaches every challenge with integrity. Under Kelli’s leadership, KORE continues to elevate its impact—not only as a high-performing investment platform, but as a purpose-driven organization committed to long-term value creation and community stewardship. Kelli firmly believes that women can successfully integrate the roles of wife, mother, and executive—and find deep fulfillment and satisfaction in all aspects of life.
In his dual role at KORE, Caleb leads asset strategy across KORE’s portfolio—overseeing business plans, leasing, capital improvements, and partner selection to drive performance and long-term value. He also manages complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, and joint venture/entity structuring to accelerate deal velocity and optimize returns.
Caleb brings together legal expertise, operational insight, and disciplined leadership. A former United States Marine Corps officer, Caleb earned his law degree from the University of Colorado and has built a career at the intersection of law and commercial real estate. His military-honed discipline, legal acumen, and hands-on asset-management expertise combine to enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior results.
With a focus on clarity, execution, and strategic growth, Caleb plays a critical role in advancing KORE’s mission and maximizing the value of its portfolio. As General Counsel, Caleb oversees legal matters ranging from title review and contract negotiation to compliance and risk mitigation, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
Chad is a real estate investment professional with over eight years of experience spanning business development, acquisitions, and capital markets. At KORE, Chad plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s investment strategy, leading efforts in deal sourcing, underwriting, market research and capital formation.
After joining KORE, Chad quickly became a key contributor to KORE’s growth, particularly in shaping and executing its capital raising efforts. His leadership was instrumental in the successful launch and capital raising for KORE’s first fund, where he helped define investor strategy, build key relationships, and ensure alignment between capital partners and portfolio objectives.
Beyond capital formation, Chad brings a rigorous, research-driven approach to acquisitions. He evaluates opportunities across target markets, develops data-informed investment theses, and guides transactions from initial identification through closing, ensuring each investment aligns with KORE’s disciplined underwriting standards and long-term value creation goals. Chad is known for his ability to balance strategic vision with executional focus. His deep industry knowledge, analytical mindset, and collaborative leadership style make him an invaluable asset as KORE continues to expand its footprint in office, industrial, and specialty real estate sectors.
Andrew brings to KORE a strong foundation in public accounting and commercial real estate finance. His previous experience includes six years with mid-market and Big Four firms, serving over 30 clients across a range of industries, with a focus on real estate. His past clients include a national datacenter operator, a high-volume lending platform, and a GP managing 10 million+ square feet of assets.
At KORE Andrew oversees corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax strategy, and both corporate and property-level accounting. He also plays a key role in asset-level financial analysis and leads the firm’s investor reporting. Drawn to KORE’s entrepreneurial spirit and mission-driven investment philosophy, Andrew is deeply aligned with the firm’s values of capital stewardship, community impact, and long-term value creation. He is inspired by KORE’s commitment to excellence, not only in managing assets and generating returns, but in giving generously to local charities and cultivating meaningful communities for tenants and investors alike.
A passionate amateur golfer, Andrew brings the same focus and discipline to his leadership. His approach is rooted in stewardship, clarity, and a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement, principles that shape both his professional contributions and personal life.

Tia is a dedicated real estate professional known for her strategic insight, conscientious approach, and genuine care for both people and performance. With over 12 years in commercial real estate, she brings a unique blend of operational expertise and asset-level perspective to her role at KORE.
Tia began her career in property management, where she spent nine years leading operations across a variety of asset types, including four years managing multifamily communities. Her ability to navigate the complexities of on-the-ground operations with empathy and precision made her a natural fit for asset management, where she has spent the past three years expanding her impact through portfolio strategy, financial oversight, and value optimization. As a licensed Realtor®, Tia also has a strong understanding of real estate markets and client needs.
Respected for her attention to detail and reliability, Tia is recognized not only for delivering results, but for doing so with kindness, integrity, and humor. Her passion for maximizing property performance is matched by her commitment to building trusted relationships across all levels. Tia is married to Jason Cross and is the proud mother of three sons.

Jordan serves KORE Investments as a Finance & Accounting Associate, supporting financial reporting, investor relations, and capital management for a diverse portfolio of office and industrial assets. His work spans essential functions such as quarterly investor reporting, leasing analysis, and debt compliance for properties totaling over one million square feet.
Recognized for a maturity beyond his years, Jordan brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every task, along with a clear long-range vision that aligns with KORE’s strategic goals. His forward-thinking mindset, particularly when it comes to leveraging technology, adds value across budgeting, capital planning, and acquisition due diligence. He actively contributes to capital project oversight and excels at absorbing complex information quickly, consistently showing initiative and a drive for learning.
Jordan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business from Colorado Christian University. He is passionate about commercial real estate, entrepreneurship, and building enduring value through innovation, integrity, and operational excellence.

Susy has been a valued member of the KORE team for over 14 years, serving in a variety of roles that reflect her adaptability, professionalism, and heart for service. From her early days as a front desk receptionist to her time as a community manager, Susy has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting both her colleagues and the tenants who call our buildings home.
Before joining KORE, Susy spent several years as an elementary school teacher, a role that shaped her passion for people and her gift for creating welcoming, inclusive environments. Her dedication to cultivating community and fostering connections continues to be a hallmark of her work.
Outside the office, Susy is a long-standing member of Our Father Lutheran Church and a proud wife to John Maus. She is the mother of three grown children, including twin sons and a married daughter. Whether supporting her team or greeting tenants with warmth and care, Susy finds great joy in helping others feel at home.
Eric Morgan is an Acquisitions Associate at KORE, where he focuses on identifying, sourcing, underwriting, and executing strategic real estate acquisition opportunities across the U.S. Known for his rigor, he applies a research-driven approach to financial modeling, market analysis, and due diligence to support KORE's investment and portfolio strategy.
Prior to joining KORE, Eric was a Senior Financial Analyst underwriting more than $600 million in office and retail investment sales across Colorado. He has specialized in valuation modeling, lease analysis, and investment strategy development for institutional and private clients. He has held roles where he supported $2.5 billion in assets under management and led market research for a San Francisco Bay Area office and industrial sectors. In each role, Eric built a reputation for analytical depth, strategic thinking, and an ability to bring clarity to complex transactions.
Eric earned his degree from the University of Alabama, where he met his wife, Ashleigh. He enjoys fly fishing, skiing, mountain biking, and cheering on Alabama football.
With a rare blend of creative vision, human insight, and strategic clarity, Heather brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work at KORE. Holding degrees in Interior Design and Counseling and drawing on years of experience as a professional organizer, she is an empathetic, conscientious professional compelled by the hope that each person she engages with feels seen, known and valued.
Heather is a trusted, steady presence behind the scenes, contributing to KORE’s mission through operational strength and streamlined workflows. In her dynamic role, she serves as a point of coordination, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. She is known for bringing structure to complexity, beauty to functionality, and meaning to every detail. Rooted in the conviction that the environments we inhabit profoundly shape how we think, feel and live, Heather curates systems and spaces that empower people to lead, work and thrive with greater intention, impact, and ease.
Driven to deliver results with a sense of urgency and commitment to follow-through, Heather seeks to lead with wisdom and humility and to listen wholeheartedly. She has a keen ability to tune into people at a core level.
